The year 2023 was characterized by crises and radical changes - and yet we can look back on a good year from a business perspective. You, our customers and partners, have made a significant contribution to this. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and look forward to working with you to make the coming year another successful one.

Our highlights 2023

Our development into a company that uses its expertise in electroplating technology to open up new possibilities for technical applications through special coatings is already visible. We want to continue along this path consistently, without leaving our roots in the decorative sector.

One example of this is the newly developed PLATUNA^® series. The platinum coatings have been significantly improved in terms of both appearance and handling. In particular, we have further developed PLATUNA^® PT specifically for technical applications: Whether porous transport layers (PTL) and bipolar plates for hydrogen production, sensors in medical technology or contacts in connectors - even the thinnest coatings can have a positive effect on efficiency or service life.

In the field of electrodes, PLATINODE^® HC has always been the best and most sustainable solution for hard chrome plating on the market. This is also proven by the possible state subsidy for investment costs, which we can now offer as a free service.

With ARGUNA^® C-100, we have also established a new electrolyte for plug contacts in high-current applications that significantly increases power transmission and service life. We explain the possibilities of the silver-graphite alloys generated from it in detail in a few minutes in a recorded presentation.

In addition to the further development of technical processes, our efforts to make our contribution to sustainability are now becoming increasingly apparent. This is also confirmed by the fact that we have once again received the EcoVadis Award in Gold for our corporate social responsibility.

Our gift for you 

For some years now, we have decided to expand our donations for charitable causes or targeted aid in emergency situations. That is why we are once again decided not to give Christmas presents to our customers and partners this year. In doing so, you are helping us to support projects with over 37,000 euros this year. 

The donations are used for a variety of purposes, both internationally and regionally, and are mostly selected from among our employees. For example, 5,000 euros were donated to the German Red Cross for the earthquake disaster victims in Turkey, while the same amount was donated to the local Gmünder Eule knowledge workshop to continue to inspire young people for technology.

We also want to give something back by giving our employees time off for voluntary work in the field of education. We hope to have achieved something good with all the selected projects and would be delighted if this use of our funds is also in your interest.
